The Lesniak Institute for American Leadership
The Lesniak Institute is developing the next generation of American leaders by teaching the principles of effective advocacy, offering first-hand experience through its causes, and partnering with grassroots organizations. The Institute is named for Senator Raymond J. Lesniak who authored and sponsored hundreds of laws during his 40 years in the New Jersey Legislature to advance human rights and the quality of life for millions.

Operation Santa
The Lesniak Institute proudly celebrated the 24th Annual Operation Santa, serving over 200 children and families across Union County. With the help of more than 75 volunteers, hundreds of gifts were wrapped and distributed, warm meals were provided to every family, and our inaugural Community Advancement Seminar expanded the impact beyond the holidays.
