The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, networking, and proficiency in Google Suite. This role involves maintaining communication with local community and educational organizations, assisting in the planning and execution of events and service projects, and managing databases and email campaigns. Position Summary
Qualifications/Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or Business Marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Capcut)
- Camera & lighting operation
- Photography & videography at live events
- Experience developing online content (scriptwriting, editing, photography, and videography)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for video editing across social platforms
- Pre-production tasks such as: Script writing / story boarding
- Camera & lighting operation
- Photography & videography at live events
- Providing support to our social media team at live events

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of producing and managing content for social media, including skills in: graphic designing, copywriting, script writing, website management, and social media analytics. This position will also require collaboration with the creative department during live events, including media coverage, photography, and videography. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in both online and in-person media work, especially within the nonprofit sector.
Qualifications/Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or Business Marketing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Capcut)
- Responsible for creating and scheduling engaging social media content
- Experience with Data Analytics throughout all platforms
- Basic Understanding of SEO
